El Pueblo Ribera by R.M. Schindler in La Jolla

Presenting Historic Modernist Architecture just steps to Windansea Beach.

Designed by iconic, early modernist movement pioneer R.M Schindler in 1923, the design employs “slab tilt” concrete construction, redwood and glass.

Designated Historical Landmark No. 117 named “El Pueblo Ribera” (a six unit project), the work represents one of only two of his projects in San Diego. The unit has been passionately and completely renovated and enhanced respecting the architect’s original aesthetic. Enjoy peek ocean views along with Mills Act tax savings.
